Now this can be an awesome way of getting that cargo out of our limited space in our Outlander and up onto our roof rack system. Now why that might be important Keep in mind, we started getting a lot of friends maybe a lot of family in here. We really don't have that much room in this Outlander.



Rola 22x59 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport we're going to be test fitting the 22x59 Rolo Cargo Carrier for two inch hitches. Part number 59502.This has a carrying capacity of 600 pounds. Has this nice, open grating here at the bottom, which is going to make it easier to clean. It will also have this railing all the way around to utilize as an attachment point for either your ratchet straps or your bungee cords.At the ends here, we'll have these two reflective materials. These can be removed and replaced with a light kit, which is sold separately. And on the passenger side of the vehicle, you see that is where our exhaust is gonna be, but thanks to the raised shank of the cargo carrier it's not gonna be as much of an issue with the heat sensitive materials.

Today on our 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander we're going to be doing a testfit on the SportRack Vista Cargo Carrier. This is a 20 by 60 fixed cargo carrier. It's been designed for use with 2" hitches. It's going to offer a 500-pound weight capacity, part number on it is SR9849. We put 100 pounds worth of load on there just to give you an idea how it rides and how it will handle as you go down the road. As you can see, it's pretty snug and pretty secure.

Today on our 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander we're going to be doing a test fit on the Sport Rack Vista folding cargo carrier. Now this is 20 by 60. It's been designed for use in 2" hitches and it's going to give us a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number on it is SR9851. Now we've loaded it with a hundred pounds here so you can get an idea of the stability of the rack, what you'll see as you're heading down the road. They come supplied with an anti-rattle bolt.

Today on our 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport were going to be doing the test fit on the K2 Detail a 20 x 60 folding cargo carrier. This has been designed for 2 hitches. Its going to offer a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is k2hcc602. Weve loaded it down with 100 pounds. This is the type of carrier thats going to be secured with a pin and a clip, so youre going to see some movement side to side and up and down. Weve got anti-rattle devices available on our website if youd like to pick one of those up.



Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport

Today on our 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Curt 24 by 60 folding cargo carrier. They designed it for use in two inch hitches and it gives us a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is C18153. Now this cargo carrier is secured with a hitch pin and a clip, that being the case, we're going to have a little bit of movement and kind of some wiggle as we head down the road. That's pretty standard with a hitch pin and clip secured cargo carriers, if you want to remedy that we have anti rattle devices on our website that are available. We put 100 pounds on here just to give you a good idea the kind of movement you might expect once we've got a load on, just so you know what you're in store for. Let me get this weight off here and we'll take a look at the platform or the deck of the carrier, it's a stamped out, kind of a mimic expanded steel. As you can see, there's going to be plenty of areas for dirt, debris and water and stuff like that to fall through.
